TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of camhascash.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from CamHasCash ("we," "us"). By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, Contact Information, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you are younger, you may only use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

All products sold on the Site are digital: supplier directories (PDF) containing third-party supplier contacts, links, and buying guides, delivered instantly after payment as described in our Shipping Policy. Product details are shown on each product's information popup before purchase. Nothing physical is shipped by us.

4. PRICING AND ERRORS

Prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors, and to cancel and refund any order placed at an obviously incorrect price.

5. PAYMENT AND ORDER ACCURACY

You agree to provide accurate, current information at checkout — especially your email address, since that is where your product is delivered. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrectly entered email; if that happens, contact us and we will redirect your delivery to the correct address.

6. LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own individual business use. As detailed in our Legal Notice, you may not share, redistribute, resell, publish, or sublicense any purchased content, or use it to build a competing product. We may revoke the license of, and refuse future service to, anyone who violates these restrictions.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the Site and any purchased supplier information only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

- Use supplier information to purchase, produce, or resell counterfeit, trademark-infringing, or otherwise illegal goods
- Use the Site to commit fraud, including payment fraud or false disputes
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Site by automated means
- Interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it

Your dealings with suppliers, and your own reselling business, are your responsibility — including complying with the laws, taxes, and platform rules that apply to you.

8. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS AND LINKS

Our products reference independent third-party suppliers and link to third-party websites. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a supplier and do not control their products, prices, shipping, or conduct. Supplier details are verified in good faith at publication but may change afterward; if a purchased link stops working, contact us and we will provide an updated one where available.

9. NO EARNINGS GUARANTEE

Reselling results depend on your own effort, skill, and market conditions. Nothing on the Site or in our products is a promise or projection of income, and we make no guarantee you will earn any specific amount, or anything at all.

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CamHasCash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site, any product, or any supplier relationship. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold CamHasCash harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or our products, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with third-party suppliers or your own customers.

12. TERMINATION

We may refuse service, cancel orders (with refund where the product has not been delivered), or block access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms or engages in fraud or abuse.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which CamHasCash operates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location.
