REFUND POLICY — DIGITAL PRODUCTS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

CamHasCash sells digital products only. Because every product is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and delivered, except in the specific cases listed below or where required by applicable law.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

Each product is a digital supplier directory (PDF) containing verified supplier contacts, links, and a step-by-step buying guide. It is delivered automatically after checkout — on your order confirmation page and by email to the address you provided. Nothing physical will be shipped to you. Full details about what each product includes are shown on the product's "?" details before you buy.

WHY WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS

Once a digital product has been delivered, the information it contains cannot be taken back — you keep permanent access to it. For that reason, refunds are not available for reasons such as: change of mind, no longer needing the product, purchasing by mistake (other than duplicates, see below), expecting different content than what was described, or dissatisfaction with results. Reselling outcomes depend entirely on your own effort, and no earnings are guaranteed or implied.

EXCEPTIONS — WHEN WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT

1. You never received your product. If your download link or email does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We will re-send it immediately. If for any reason we cannot deliver your product, you will receive a full refund.

2. Duplicate purchase. If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product on the same order or back-to-back orders, we will refund the duplicate charge.

3. Defective file. If your file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement, you will receive a full refund.

BEFORE FILING A CHARGEBACK

Please contact us first at camhascash@gmail.com — nearly every issue can be resolved within 24–48 hours. Chargebacks filed for products that were successfully delivered may be disputed with proof of delivery.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Where applicable (for example, in the EU or UK), by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
